The Board of Trustees was created in 2007 to honor former, current and future Serbian Unity Congress members and friends who have and will provide their financial and advisory support constructively and who have and will be team players with various efforts of the organization.
The Board of Directors looks to the Trustees for counsel and oversight and Trustees have the power to review and approve the Board of Directors’ annual plan, dismiss any one or all directors of the Board, appoint the Nominating and other committees and fundraise. The Board of Trustees is managed by an elected Steering Committee.

Secretary, Sofija Skoric - former Serbian Unity Congress Board member. Formerly librarian and , founder and Director of specialized Center for Slavistics at University of Toronto, Canada, co-founder and General Secretary of Serbian National Academy in Canada, founder of “Serbian Literary Company” in Toronto and a publishing company in Belgrade, co-founder and former president of North American Society of Serbian Studies.

Michael Djordjevic - past treasurer VP Finance Fireman’s Fund, past President and Chairman of Capital Guaranty Company, co-founder and first president of Serbian Unity Congress, co-founder and past Chairman of East European Development Bank, Bosnia, President Monad Financial, co-founder and President of Studenica Foundation.
Nick D. Petrovich - former Serbian Unity Congress President. Formerly VP Finance of Monsanto Chemical Company’s Mexico subsidiary, Managing Director for Latin America for American Standard Company, President and founder of Intercapital S.A., and BRP S.A.a management consulting firm, and former V.P of Board of Trustees University of the Americas. Currently board member of Achieve Global, and Challenger Corp., Mexico.
Zika Petrovich - former Serbian Unity Congress Board member. Formerly VP Latin America for Singer Sewing Machine Co., International VP - RCA, Director Berlitz – Europe for McMillan, Inc. and President European Operations and International Group of Samsonite Corp. Currently Board member of Rocky Mountain World trade Center Association, Rocky Mountain IIE and Denver Committee on Foreign Relations.
Ron Radakovich - former Serbian Unity Congress Board member. Full career with Kaiser Aluminum Corp. -- VP of Corporate Industrial Relations. Currently President of the Western American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Executive Committee member of the International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) and Board member of the Patriarch Athenagoras Orthodox Institute at the University of Berkeley, California.
